All orders are usually dispatched within 24 Hours of placing order - excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. All orders are dispatched out of our warehouse located in Croydon South, Victoria.
This means we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
If you would like to Return your order please ensure you contact our Customer Care Team via the Enquiry Form "https://help.cookwarebrands.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new" and select "Type of enquiry - Website Order Return"
Due to the Holiday period you may not receive a response from the Customer Care team until after 10th January. However this will not impact your ability to return your order as long as you have summited your enquiry within 30 days of receiving your order.
