First step would be to check your bank statement to make sure you have been charged for the purchase.
If you have not been charged, you may not have completed the order and most likely we will not have your order, so you can try to place the order again.
If you have been charged, we will have your order and it is possible an error was made when inputting your email address on the order. It is also possible there was a system error on our end that prevented the email from being sent.
If you have been charged and have not received your order after 10 days, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
