Cooktop manufacturers have specific parameters regarding the ratio of cookware base to hob/zone sizes. If your induction cookware is not performing – maybe it’s taking more than 7-10 minutes to heat or just not heating at all – you may be experiencing a compatibility issue, which is not a defect in the cookware or the cooktop.
We recommend checking the cooktop manufacturer’s instruction manual to confirm their minimum pan size requirements, for each zone, particularly when choosing smaller pans, such as 16cm saucepans or 20cm skillets.
Please remember, our advertised measurements refer to the interior rim to rim dimensions of the product. The cookware base (where it makes contact with the cooktop) is usually smaller than this. If you need help to ensure you purchase the right size pan, please contact our Customer Care team.
